2026 Senior Instrumental Competition

The instrumental competition is open to soloists and small ensembles (duets, trios, quartets, quintets, a maximum six members in a group). Limited to 24 participants. The results will be published on our website Saturday March 14, 2026, by 9 p.m.

About the event
Each contestant or small ensemble group is asked to perform two mature works of contrasting style by different composers for a total performance time not to exceed 15 minutes.
Competitors must be between the ages of nineteen and thirty years old on the date of the competition.
A non-refundable fee of $60.00 per entry is due at the time of registration. Deadline for registration: March 7, 2026. Judging will be completed and results announced on March 14, 2026, by 9 p.m. on our website.
